DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE POLICY AND PROCEDURES
WARRANTY
LVP offers a one (1) year limited warranty from date of invoice for defective materials and workmanship.
CLAIMS
Defective merchandise claims must be approved by LVP Customer Service Department.
DEFINITIONS OF DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Manufacturer’s defects include defective finish, bad joinery fits, veneer lifting, seasoning and glue line splits,
shoddy workmanship and inferior materials. LVP Products must be inspected immediately after removal from the protective carton.
LVP is not responsible for un-cartoned products damaged in a distribution facility, intransit to a consumer or by the installer.
DELUXING AND MINOR REPAIRS
A consumer is responsible for a minor amount of deluxing and minor touch-up repairs.
EVALUATION OF CLAIMS
LVP requests cooperation from consumers and dealers to repair defective products, seek replacement parts, or seek a discount.
All claims must be documented with a description of the defect, photographs and/or samples, and a written inspection report.
The purchase order number and the LVP invoice number of the merchandise in question must be included.
CLAIMS SUBMISSION
Claims for warranty must be submitted in writing to LVDI Customer Service Department within the designated time.
